Margaret River has a long tradition of commercial rents rivalling or surpassing those on St George’s Terrace. Maybe it’s time to set a new trend of supplier and shop working together to build and maintain a positive commercial relationship. Visitors and locals alike will benefit.

Shop Local Campaigns

Think of the local economy as a family. If we provided goods and services only to each other, which is the idea behind a shop local campaign, the overall prosperity of the family doesn’t increase because all you’re doing is exchanging the same amount of money.

Donations

If your local community provides the majority of your customer base, then you should be seen to be part of that community. But it still doesn’t mean you give to everyone.
