Good customer service can be worth your while

Bad customer service experiences are retold to at least 25 people (social media can make that many, many more). Giving your customers a good experience can literally be "money in the bank".

Avoid Gloom

Avoid morale ‘hoovers’. If you are prone to freaking out when you hear bad news, stop hanging around those who scaremonger. Morale hoovers are those who manage to suck the life-blood and positive thoughts right out of you. Don’t hide under the covers, though.

Shop Local Campaigns

Think of the local economy as a family. If we provided goods and services only to each other, which is the idea behind a shop local campaign, the overall prosperity of the family doesn’t increase because all you’re doing is exchanging the same amount of money.
